Listing inspections (for sellers) are provided with information necessary to meet the California seismic disclosure requirement. Inspections are ready for pick-up, email, faxing, or mail-out generally within 24 hours. Clients are  encouraged to accompany the inspector during the approximately   2 1/2-3  hour  property  inspection.  Being  at  the  site, with  your  inspector, is  an excellent way to obtain invaluable information about the property and to ask  questions about recommended repairs or any of your future remodeling plans.
